The power of the breath combined with the vibrational guide of the drum comes to life in an opportunity for you to come reset, let go, open, heal, express, shed, connect, rejuvenate, and recalibrate. Join us for a cathartic Full Moon Breathwork and Live Drumming journey led by Alison Hord of Golden Prana Breathwork accompanied by the rhythms of Druminyasa. As we engage in a very specific and intensive breath pattern to activate expansion and create room for the new, Brad of Druminyasa invites in his vibrational magic to partner with the breath for a transformative, heart opening experience.

ABOUT DRUMINYASA:
Feel the vibrations of the drums as you connect breath, heartbeat, mind & body to your practice. As featured by The Washington Times, CBS, and Washington’s WTOP news, Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa® (Wanderlust, Love Shine Play, formerly Asheville Yoga Festival) has been playing drums and percussion for over 25 years. Brad is a yoga teacher and founded Druminyasa by connecting his love for rhythm, drums and movement.
