Two hours on Friday (5-7pm) and two hours on Sunday (2-4pm) can be the beginning of a lifelong specific practice of health and well-being.
Robbie Norris has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga daily since 2001. He has shared the specific practice with thousands of people from all walks of life, both privately and in class settings. If you want to feel better from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, inside and out, take this 2-part introduction to a world-renowned practice of well-being. These sessions will give beginners of all ages the ability to start their own self-practice of Ashtanga Yoga, as well as the confidence to attend regular group classes.
